Ballots must be received by SBS no later than 6:00 p.m. (EST) on March 2, 2021. IAFF recommended mailing by 2/22 if using the enclosed mailing envelope. Ballots mailed after 2/22 using the enclosed mailing envelope stand an elevated chance of missing the deadline for receipt of 3/2 @ 6pm.

Should you still need to return your ballot, we recommend overnighting your ballot using the instructions below and a service like DHS, UPS, FedEx, etc.

Address for Overnight Mail:
International Association of Fire Fighters
C/O Survey & Ballot Systems
7653 Anagram Drive

Place Secrecy Envelope(s) inside the provided Return Envelope, then place the Return Envelope inside whichever parcel you use to Overnight the ballots to SBS.
